In January, she and the man had sex as part of a consensual relationship.

They also sent sexually graphic photos and messages to each other over social media and other applications. They were able to do this with the help of two contraband cell phones that he had while in jail, authorities said.

Pensak also admitted to the relationship over messages with the man's family and others.

During one of these conversations, she raised concerns that she might be pregnant with his child, according to officials.

Pensak faces a maximum of 15 years in jail and a fine of up to $250,000.

Sentencing is scheduled for Feb. 10, 2027.
