Craig W. Summers, Esquire Joins Capehart Scatchard

Capehart Scatchard is pleased to announce that Craig W. Summers, Esq. has recently joined the Firm’s Workers’ Compensation Department as Of Counsel in its Mt. Laurel office.

            Mr. Summers, a Turnersville resident, concentrates his practice in the defense of workers' compensation cases representing major self-insured corporations, insurance companies and clients of third-party administrators.  Among his clients, Mr. Summers represents school districts, food and manufacturing companies and employers in the healthcare industry.

            Certified as a trial attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey in Workers’ Compensation Law, Mr. Summers is a member of the New Jersey Self-Insured Association and New Jersey and Camden County Bar Associations.  He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and before the United States Supreme Court. 

            Mr. Summers earned his J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law and his B.S. in Business Administration from Villanova University.   During his final year of law school, he clerked for the Presiding Judge of Workers’ Compensation for Los Angeles County.
