Join us for a mini resistance training class that will increase bone density to help combat osteoporosis and improve posture, flexibility and balance, circulation, and range of motion. Dress comfortably. Registration is not required; Lourdes will provide free resistance bands. In addition to the health sessions, Mallwalkers Club members are invited to take a 1.5 mile walk through Moorestown Mall at their convenience. The mall opens to walkers at 7:30 a.m.
