Early Bird Bootcamp

Rev up your metabolism for the day at Early Bird Bootcamp! This one-hour total body blast will get your blood pumping and your body sweating... before your day even begins! No time for exercise after work? No worries, because you got'er done first thing in the morning!

Each class includes all the strength and cardio exercise you need to build the body you've always wanted. We have had bootcampers lose between 5-57 pounds! We have all the fitness equipment you need for a challenging workout. We never do the same workout twice.

Men and women of all ages and fitness levels are welcome. Class size is limited to ensure individual attention, no matter what your fitness level!
