Ongoing fitness assessments and one-on-one nutrition coaching are included (no generic meal plans like other bootcamps in this area) and we offer gym membership at our private health club if you'd like to continue working on your own!

Bootcamp classes are held on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings from 6:30-7:30 PM. We also have a class on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings at 6-7 AM.
