Freestyle Suspension Fitness Training

If you are tired of doing the same old strength training workout week after week, this Freestyle Suspension Fitness Training class is for you! What is suspension training? Suspension training uses a system of ropes to allow users to work against their own body weight to improve strength, balance, muscle tone, and joint stability simultaneously. This type of workout improves core and total body strength FAST! Get a great total body workout in only 45 minutes. To ensure proper form, this class is limited in size to 8 participants. Please call (856) 437-0822 in advance to reserve your spot to attend class! Freestyle Suspension Fitness Training is included in our gym membership, but is also open to the general public. Our non-member rate is $12 per class, and must be paid in advance to secure your spot.
