Socially Savvy a Moorestown, NJ based company is leading the fight against bullying with their iL.E.A.D. Program- Leadership, Etiquette, & Development. The program will meet 5 Friday nights in 2011-2012 & is being launched this Friday, September 23, 2011 at the Moorestown Community House, 16 E. Main Street, Moorestown, NJ 08057 from 7:00-9:00 p.m.
A group of 30 fifth graders (ages 10-11) will learn valuable everyday etiquette for our changing world. Students will be empowered to become great leaders in the classroom & on the field by learning social etiquette and have a blast engaging in activities, dances, and games with music, stories and role models. Students will learn important social skills, including introducing yourself to others, handshaking, eye contact, interpreting dress codes, telephone etiquette, accepting and extending invitations, and giving and receiving compliments.
Special guests include dancers from POP n’ Wedlock & Shawny Hill of the Flyers. Learning & laughter create a positive reaction in South Jersey!
