Local Realtor Helps Moorestown Restaurants In Coronavirus Crisis
Sam Lepore is directing Moorestown residents to which restaurants are open and delivering during the current health crisis.

MOORESTOWN, NJ — A local real estate agent is helping the restaurant industry in Moorestown by letting everyone know who is open for delivery and takeout after restaurants were told to close to customers amid the outbreak of the new coronavirus.
Sam Lepore and his team at The Sam Lepore Group made a graphic with the names of restaurants, along with their phone number and their method of delivery, including if they do takeout delivery, curbside, Grub Hub, Uber Eats and Door Dash.
They then distributed the list on social media to direct traffic to the local establishments, which include:
Hash House A Go Go;
Passariello’s;
Maurizio’s;
Carollo’s Little Italy;
Healthy Garden Cafe;
The Cubby Hole;
La Vita’s Pizzeria;
Firebirds Wood Fired Grill;
Yard House;
Joe Italiano’s Maplewood;
Akira;
Oriental Pearl;
Blue Fig Cafe;
Luna Y Sol;
Barone’s;
Ralph’s Market;
Pie Lady; and
Cathy’s Carryout.

Lepore is lending a hand to the township’s hospitality industry while still running his real estate business. Spring is when many people start ramping up their home searches, and interest rates are really low. Still, some sellers and buyers are cautious as new coronavirus cases are reported every day.
He said he still has showings, but buyers are asking for no one to be at the house when they are looking. Virtual tours are popular, and he’s even gone into homes with his cell phone and offered tours via face time and Facebook Live. He is also still doing in-person showings.
“It’s all about being safe and taking every precaution,” Lepore said.
He said people are still listing their houses, although business is lighter than usual.
“Things are changing every day,” said Lepore, who is hoping the health crisis improves soon. “The next month should be very telling.”
In the meantime, he knows of a few places where you can get a quick bite to eat.
