Man Photographed Woman Changing at Moorestown Old Navy: Police

A Westampton man has been charged with invasion of privacy for allegedly photographing a woman while she was in the changing room at Old Navy on Nixon Drive, Moorestown Police said Monday afternoon.

Cody Goldberg, 27, allegedly either took pictures or made a video recording of the woman while she was changing in the dressing room at the store on Sept. 18.

The woman left the changing room, told employees and followed Goldberg. She took pictures of the truck he was driving.

Goldberg was subsequently arrested and released on a summons.
