Monday Night's Moorestown Council Meeting Canceled

The meeting was scheduled for Monday night, Sept. 28, 7 p.m. at town hall.

The Moorestown Council meeting scheduled for Monday night, Sept. 28, 7 p.m. at town hall has been canceled, the township announced Wednesday morning.

It was canceled due to a lack of business due to meetings scheduled three weeks in a row, according to Township Manager Scott Carew. The meeting schedule was set up that way to avoid scheduling a meeting for Labor Day on Sept. 7. Moorestown Council last met Monday night, Sept. 21.

Any matters that would’ve been scheduled for the Sept. 28 meeting will be rescheduled for the next regular meeting, set for Monday night, Oct. 5, 7 p.m. at town hall.
