Ptl. Alex Humes, Ptl. Brian Poe and Ptl. Michael Toscani were recognized for their life saving efforts at the Moorestown Council meeting on Feb. 24 at town hall. Poe and Humes, along with Ptl. Joel Mufalli, were also recognized for their exemplary service to the community.
In the early morning hours of Oct. 13, Humes, Poe and Toscani responded to a 911 call for a 60-year-old man who had gone into cardiac arrest, according to Moorestown Police Chief Lee Lieber. They performed manual CPR while they waited for EMS to arrive, Lieber said.
