Moorestown Police Investigating Theft of $100,000 in Jewelry From Home

Police also announced charges against a Camden man in a burglary at Quality Concepts.

Police are investigating a burglary at a residence on Borton Landing Road that occurred on Saturday between 6 p.m. and 10:15 p.m., Moorestown Police announced Tuesday morning.

A resident of the 900 block of Borton Landing Road came home to find that a rear door had been forced open and jewelry valued at $100,000 was taken from the second floor master bedroom.

Residents are urged to promptly report suspicious activity by calling 856-234-8300, and to call 9-1-1 for crimes in progress.

Meanwhile, Kevin Anderson, 27, of Camden, has been charged with the May 16 burglary of Quality Concepts on Marne Highway.

Anderson was charged with one count each of burglary and theft with bail set at $50,000 full. Anderson is presently incarcerated at Camden County Jail on unrelated charges.
