Moorestown Police Weekly Crime Log: Aug. 14-20, 2015

Moorestown Police release their weekly crime log.

The following information was provided by Moorestown Police:

Nicole Birnbaum, 26, of Cinnaminson, was charged with use of a stolen credit card and criminal attempt to use stolen credit card at Boscov’s Department Store in the Moorestown Mall on Aug. 15. Birnbaum allegedly used a stolen credit card to purchase clothing and gift cards and attempted to purchase additional gift cards.

Earnest Scott Jr., 18, of Moorestown, was charged with shoplifting on Aug. 17. Scott allegedly concealed socks valued at $14 from Boscov’s Department Store in the Moorestown Mall. He was released on a summons.

Paul Johnson Jr., 24, of Philadelphi, PA., was charged with burglary, theft and receiving stolen property on Aug. 17. Johnson allgedly entered a vehicle parked at the Moorestown Mall and stole an I-phone valued at $300. He also allegedly entered a vehicle that had been reported stolen. Johnson was remanded to the Burlington County Jail on $70,000 bail.

A resident of West Third Street came home from the store and placed bags and a Coach handbag on the front porch on Aug. 17. Unknown actor(s) stole the Coach bag. Nothing else of value was taken.

A Heat N Glo fireplace valued at $2,360 was taken from a house under construction on Madeira Court on Aug. 17.

Unknown actor(s) entered a car belonging to a McDonald’s employee on Aug. 17. The windows were down and a universal auxiliary cord valued at $5 was taken.

Daniel Bielaszka, 29, of Thorofare was charged with theft on Aug. 18. While employed at HH Gregg on Nixon Drive, Bielaszka allegedly took $272 in cash from the register by means of fraudulent returns. He was released on a summons.

Maya Kantorovich, 63, of Feasterville, PA., was charged with shoplifting on Aug. 19. She allegedly concealed assorted women’s clothing and accessories valued at $89.98 in her pocketbook from Boscov’s Department Store in the Moorestown Mall. Kantorovich was released on a summons.

Renae Rawson, 50, of Moorestown, was charged with aggravated assault following a domestic dispute on Aug. 19. She was committed to the Burlington County Jail on $15,000 bail. In the same incident, Joseph McMullen, 61, of Moorestown, was charged with simple assault. He was committed to the Burlington Jail on $5,000 bail.
