Moorestown Police Weekly Crime Log: July 31-Aug. 6, 2015

Moorestown Police release their weekly activity report.

The following information was provided by Moorestown Police:

Laercio Pereira, 42, of Cinnaminson, was charged with driving under the influence following an accident on Kings Highway on Aug. 1. He was also issued numerous traffic violations.

Karenmarie Iero, 54, of Mt. Laurel, was charged with shoplifting on Aug. 1. She allegedly concealed jewelry valued at $438.95 from Boscov’s Department Store in the Moorestown Mall. Iero was released on a summons.

Samantha Artemisio, 27, of Browns Mills, was charged with shoplifting on Aug. 2. She allegedly concealed men’s clothing valued at $216 from Sears Department Store in the Moorestown Mall. Artemisio was committed to the Burlington County Jail on $1,000 bail.

An unlocked car parked in driveway of resident on Haines Drive was entered ojn Aug. 5, but nothing appears to be missing.

A resident of Forest Road saw a white man in his late teens to early twenties enter their unlocked car and steal a gift card, $7 in quarters, a bottle of cologne and an IPod on Aug. 6.

Police received a report of juveniles throwing eggs at passing vehicles on East Main Street on Aug. 6. A parked car was seen stuck with an egg.

Copper materials and extension cord worth a total of $358.31 was stolen from a construction site at the Moorestown Mall on Aug. 6.

Time After Time in the Moorestown Mall reported a black man and a black woman took a men’s Invicta Hydro Max watch valued at $1,295 on Aug. 6.

A resident of Middlesex Drive reported damage to their porch lights on Aug. 7. The lights were seen scattered all over the lawn.

A resident of Bowman Lane saw two white boys in their driveway remove their mailbox from its post and throw it in the yard on Aug. 7. The resident chased them off the property.
