Reduce Water Usage While NJ American Water Fixes Problem: Moorestown Police

New Jersey American Water will shut off their interconnect to Moorestown’s water system immediately as they fix a water main problem at their Delran Water Treatment Plant, Moorestown Police said Wednesday afternoon.

The plant will be shut down while the issue is addressed, reducing the amount of water available to the township.

Moorestown residents are advised not to use irrigation systems and make every effort to conserve water until further notice.
