Security Concern At Schools In South Jersey Cancels All After-School Activities: Officials
A shelter-in-place was in effect.
TABERNACLE, NJ — The Tabernacle Township School District is continuing to operate on a modified schedule on Monday after a security concern caused a "shelter-in-place," the Tabernacle Township Office of Emergency Management said.
Classes continued like normal, but movement was limited in and out of buildings as a precaution while the New Jersey State Police were on location at different schools.
All shelter-in-place orders were lifted at 3:15 p.m., however, all after-school activities in the district are canceled.
