Share Your Recipes, Moorestown: Sauce!

The next installment of Lunchtime at the Library is set for April 14, 1 p.m.

Moorestown, NJ -- The Moorestown Library is cooking the pasta, but they need help with the sauce.

The library’s next installment of “Lunchtime at the Library” is set for Thursday, April 14, 1 p.m., and the topic is sauce.

Here’s how it works:

  • Three cookbooks will be pulled and held at the reference desk.
  • Interested residents stop by the library and look through the cookbooks, searching for a recipe that appeals to them. A librarian will then make a photocopy of the recipe.
  • Aspiring chefs then take the photocopied recipe home, cook it up and bring it back to share their creation with all the other cooks in the kitchen.
  • A discussion ensues about each recipe, including the positives and the negatives.

Brand new and experienced cooks are welcome.
