Shoplifting, Threats, Hindering Highlight Moorestown Police Report
Moorestown Police release their weekly activity report.

The following information was provided Moorestown Police:
Londela Bryant, 53, of Burlington, was arrested and charged with shoplifting on July 21. Police allege Bryant stole $511.38 worth of assorted merchandise from Boscov’s Department Store in the Moorestown Mall, hidden in shopping bags. She was released on a summons.
Nelson Cross, 54, of Moorestown, was arrested and charged with terroristic threats, criminal trespass and disorderly conduct on July 21. Police allege Cross was being disruptive at the Firebirds Restaurant at the Moorestown Mall, made threats and returned to the location after being asked to leave previously. Cross was committed to the Burlington County Jail on $75,000 bail w/10%.

Colleen Arsenault, 35, of Pennsauken, was arrested and charged with hindering apprehension on July 25. Police allege Arsenault was one of two people involved in a shoplifting incident at Boscov’s in which they left merchandise next to a display fixture. Police allege they also were in possession
of merchandise from Victoria’s Secret which was returned to the store. The stores didn’t press charges, but Arsenault provided false information to police. She was released on a special summons.
Andrew Ade, 20, of Philadelphia, Pa. was arrested and charged with shoplifting on July 28. Police allege Ade stole clothing worth a total of $790 from Macy’s Department Store in the Moorestown Mall. Further investigation revealed he was also a fugitive from Pennsylvania. He was committed to the Burlington County Jail in default of $2,500 bail on the shoplifting charge, and $25,000 on the fugitive charge. In the same incident, 25-year-old Titus Whitehead, of Philadelphia, Pa., was charged with shoplifting the same merchandise. Whitehead was also committed to the Burlington County Jail on $2,500 bail.

Tyler Rucci, 18, of Maple Shade, was arrested and charged with theft and forgery on July 28. Police allege Rucci stole a check, forged it and cashed it for $500. He was released on a summons.
