Thomas/Boyd Communications Announces Lori Palmer as New Senior Director of Client Services
Lori Palmer has joined the Thomas/Boyd Communications team as Senior Director of Client Services.

Thomas/Boyd Communications, an award winning full-service public relations firm, announced that Lori Palmer has joined the firm as Senior Director of Client Services.
In this newly created position, Lori will lend her expertise to Thomas/Boyd’s client roster, many of whom are in the health care field, while also contributing to new business initiatives.
“Lori brings to us a high-level of strategic thinking and tactical expertise that will benefit our client base, as well as help us attract new ones,” says Liz Thomas, CEO of Thomas/Boyd.

Over the years, Lori has spearheaded numerous complex marketing, advertising and public relations initiatives; led content creation and messaging integration across various media platforms; provided strategic communications counsel; and managed SEO, SEM, social media and digital campaigns. She has worked with clients across a broad spectrum of industries, including nonprofits, higher education institutions and technology companies – but always with a special focus on health care.
Prior to joining Thomas/Boyd, Lori served as the marketing and communications director at St. Mary Medical Center and also served as the director of client services at the Marathon Group – the in-house agency of Barnabas Health, the largest health system in New Jersey. In addition, she has worked at several agencies and has run two of her own businesses.

Lori received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and political science from the University of Delaware and a master’s degree in journalism from Temple University. She is also a Certified Professional Coach.
