The new trees will be unveiled outside the high school on Arbor Day.

MORRISTOWN, NJ— The Town of Morristown and the Morristown Shade Tree Commission have been awarded a $20,000 grant from TD Green Streets to plant new trees near the high school.
“Urban trees are an integral part of making our community beautiful and this grant will help make Morristown a more sustainable urban environment,” said Mayor Tim Dougherty.
An arbor day event will be held on April 22 to unveil the new trees. The day, held by the high school's STEM academy students along with the Morristown Shade Tree Commission and town arborist Richard Wolowicz, will feature educational tables and other fun events.
