Aaron Taylor-Johnson Filming In Morristown Pub, Report Says

The report comes weeks after two other major movie stars were spotted filming a separate project in Morristown.

MORRISTOWN, NJ — A beloved Morristown bar turned into a film set recently, according to a NJ.com report.

Last week, Tavern Off The Green welcomed a Netflix crew, as well as movie star Aaron Taylor-Johnson, according to the report.

Johnson, known for films including "28 Years Later" and "Nosferatu," was reportedly filming a Netflix series called “Enigma Variations," an adaptation of the 2017 novel with the same name.

According to Netflix, "Enigma Variations" is an "intimate yet sweeping portrait of masculinity, sexuality, and modern love in a world of endless choices."

Johnson plays Paul, "a man remade by the lovers who ignite and undo him across six transformative years," Netflix says. Also starring are Alicia Vikander ("Ex Machina," "Tomb Raider"), Riley Keough, and Devon Terrell.

The news comes just days after actresses Nicole Kidman and Elle Fanning were spotted filming a legal thriller near the Presbyterian Church on the Morristown Green.
