MORRIS COUNTY, NJ — Locals bingeing one of Netflix’s newest comedy shows may see some familiar set pieces.
“Big Mistakes” hit Netflix on April 9 and has earned a 78 percent on Rotten Tomatoes.
The show follows two somewhat inept siblings who find themselves blackmailed into a life of crime. Dan Levy (“Schitt's Creek”) and Taylor Ortega (“Ghosts”) star as Nicky and Morgan, who get in over their heads after attempting a petty crime.
The show was shot all across New Jersey, which is quickly becoming Netflix’s new stomping grounds. Some filming was done at the Fosterfields Living Historical Farm in Morristown (see above photo).
Other New Jersey locations the eight-episode series was shot in include Monmouth, Essex, Union, Middlesex, and Mercer counties.
