Charlottesville Vigil Scheduled For Morristown Green Monday Night
The vigil is "in solidarity with the survivors" of the events in Charlottesville, organizers said.

MORRISTOWN, NJ — A vigil "in solidarity with the survivors" of a white supremacist rally in Charlottesville, Virginia is planned for Monday night on the Morristown Green.
Held Monday night at 7 p.m., the gathering is described as "prayer, candlelight, Jericho Walk, song, and vigil" by NJ 11th for Change, the events organizers. You can find more information, and contact the organizer, through their Facebook event page.
All over the country, vigils are being held after three were killed during a "Unite The Right" rally in Charlottesville that quickly turned violent. Dozens of others were injured.

“The hate, vitriol, and racism in Charlottesville is unacceptable,” Sherrill stated on Facebook. “There is no place for racial violence in a country that truly values freedom. Not here, not now. My grandfather, who was shot down over Nazi-occupied France, fought for the freedom of all when he served his country in WWII, and I took an oath to serve for those same values. No one can live freely where such fear and hate is allowed to take root. We must stand up to it.”
