Dark Horse, Sona Thirteen Liquor Licenses Renewed - With Conditions
Bouncers will need online training courses, off-duty police officer required for DeHart Street during early morning hours, report says.

Nearly two months after having their liquor licenses denied renewals because of Alcoholic Beverage Commission violations, Sona Thirteen and Dark Horse Lounge both had their licenses reinstated by the Morristown Council Wednesday night.
Those reinstatements, however, came with multiple conditions, according to dailyrecord.com.
At a hearing Wednesday night between attorneys for the town of Morristown and the two bars, the council agreed on renewals until next June, but anyone checking identifications at the doors will need to take online alcohol training courses and submit a certification of completion to the town within the next 45 days, the report said.

Additionally, Dark Horse will be required to employ an off-duty police officer to patrol DeHart Street from midnight to 2 a.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, the report said.
Since June 24, when the liquor licenses were denied renewal by the council, the bars have been operating on an Ad Interim license, therefore allowed to still sell alcohol.
