Morris Libraries Expand Their E-Library Program
Now, residents and teachers across Morris County can access books on your their personal devices, without ever leaving home.

MORRISTOWN, NJ — Morris Automated Information Network (MAIN) Libraries is expanding its online library program, opening it to teachers and telling residents how they can access library books without ever leaving home.
Called TumbleBooks, the online library can be accessed by Morris County residents through an app on their personal device. Users will be asked for the library card number to gain access to the books.
“It is a fantastic resource for our patrons,” said Emily Weisenstein, the head of Youth Services at the Madison Public Library. “They offer a wide range of juvenile eBooks that children can access at anytime, anywhere – all they need is an Internet connection and a library card. I especially like their selection of interactive picture books, which allows children to read along with some of their favorite titles. It’s fun, easy to use, and popular.”

“The MAIN member libraries felt it important to help support the efforts of teachers and school libraries by not just offering a limited courtesy library card to teachers, but a full access one. Educating our young people is an important endeavor which (public libraries) can and should help as members of the greater local community," library director Phillip Berg said.
