Due to freezing temperatures predicted through the New Year's weekend, Morristown has opened these two warming centers:

MORRISTOWN, NJ — When temperatures drop below 20 degrees, the town of Morristown activates its warming centers. Morristown reminds residents and community members to take precautions during these frigid temperatures. If possible, stay indoors and when venturing outside, dress appropriately.
Due to freezing temperatures predicted through the New Year’s weekend, Morristown has opened warming centers in the area for those who may need to come in from the cold. Locations and hours of operation:
Morristown Firehouse at 161 Speedwell Avenue, Morristown

- Tuesday, December 26 through Friday, December 29 - Open: 4:30 p.m. - 8:30 a.m.
- Saturday, December 30 through Monday, January 1 - Open: 24/7
Morristown Town Hall at 200 South Street, Morristown
- Tuesday, December 26 through Friday, December 29 - Open: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m
