The 2018 New Jersey Women's March will be held Saturday, Jan. 20 and will begin at 11 a.m. at Morristown Town Hall.

MORRISTOWN, NJ — Organizers are planning a second Women's March again this year, and Morristown is again one of the locations where they will hold it.

The 2018 NJ Women's March will be held Saturday, Jan. 20 and will begin at 11 a.m. at Morristown Town Hall on South Street, and then continue to Morristown Green. Speakers will address the crowd. The 2018 Women's March is organized in part by Elizabeth Meyer, an activist from Branchburg who founded last year's Women's March on New Jersey

"We are excited to celebrate the achievements of women since last year’s incredible demonstration of resistance through sister marches across the country. Since then, we ran for office, we organized, we told our stories, we listened, and we voted," Meyer wrote on a Facebook page for the event. "We are now ready to mobilize women across New Jersey to bring our power to the polls this November."
