2 Airplanes Clip Wings At Newark Airport, No Injuries Reported
A pair of aircraft from United Airlines and Lufthansa clipped wings during a minor on-ground incident at Newark Airport, authorities say.

NEWARK, NJ — A pair of aircraft from United Airlines and Lufthansa clipped wings during a minor on-ground incident at Newark Liberty International Airport on Tuesday, authorities say.
The two planes made contact around 5:45 p.m. after the empty Lufthansa craft, which was being towed, collided with United Flight 88 from Beijing, which had landed and was at a stop, authorities said.
No injuries were reported or delays caused during the incident, a Port Authority of NY/NJ spokesman said.
