Free Expungement Clinic In Newark For People With Marijuana Offenses
Got a cannabis-related conviction on your record? A free community legal clinic in Newark may get you on the road to expungement.
NEWARK, NJ — Ayr Wellness and Blaze Responsibly are partnering with the Ironbound Community Corporation to host a free community expungement clinic for people who have been convicted of marijuana-related offenses on Saturday, April 29 in Newark.
According to a news release, the clinic will take place at 317 Elm Street from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Participants will be able to meet with volunteer attorneys to obtain a free expungement, learn about pending fines or open warrants, and more for a chance at a clean slate.
