Newark Cops Seek 3 ‘Armed and Dangerous’ Carjacking Suspects
The suspects allegedly committed the carjackings using an "assault type weapon" and a pistol, Newark police say.
NEWARK, NJ — Newark authorities are seeking the public’s help locating three “armed and dangerous” carjacking suspects who allegedly stole two vehicles at gunpoint near the intersection of Dickerson and North 6th Street on Wednesday.
According to the Newark Department of Public Safety, the suspects allegedly committed the carjackings using an “assault type weapon” and a pistol. Robbery detectives obtained photographs of the trio taken after they allegedly committed both crimes.

The suspects should be considered armed and dangerous, police said.
