Newark Shooter Gunned Down Man In Wheelchair, Sentenced To Prison (patch.com) — Newark residents are learning that 36-year-old Shaheed Hall has been sentenced to life in prison for fatally shooting 50-year-old Deshaun Winston, who was sitting in a wheelchair on Osborne Terrace in 2024. Prosecutors say video showed a prior argument between the men and later captured Hall returning to the Newark neighborhood to open fire, with additional prison time added for weapons and drug charges.
