Stabbing At Rutgers Business School: 2 Injured, Suspect In Custody
Three people, including the suspect, are being treated for their injuries.

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ — There was a stabbing at Rutgers Business School in Piscataway Friday, the Rutgers Police Department said in a notification sent out at 2:47 p.m.
The actor was taken into custody at 3:31 p.m., according to police. Two victims were treated for their injuries, and the suspect was treated for self-inflicted injuries.
A police spokesperson was unable to confirm the severity of the injuries.

According to a police report, the suspect, who is a former student, entered an office in the building building and attacked a current student and faculty member unprovoked. Police called the attack an "isolated incident."
The two victims were able to flee from the office, and police officers took the suspect into custody when they arrived.

A student who was in the same building as the attack told Patch he could hear someone screaming from the lounge, but "didn't take it very seriously." He stayed where he was out of caution, and did not witness the attack.
Grief counseling services were immediately available for those at the scene, and will be available on an ongoing basis for any student, faculty or staff who was affected.
The suspect and the two victims have not yet been identified. No charges have been filed, and the investigation is ongoing.
