Come to learn about 5,000 years of traditional Chinese culture and the myths and legends of this ancient civilization. The one-hour slide presentation will focus on Chinese history, its classic stories, rich traditions, diverse art forms, and how these are gorgeously displayed in prestigious theaters across the world. Light refreshments will be served.
The lecture is sponsored by Shen Yun Performing Arts, a non-profit organization based in New York whose mission is to revive the majestic tradition of Chinese culture which valued honor, etiquette, wisdom, sincerity, and compassion.
