George Street Playhouse announced that Mary O’Dowd, Commissioner of the New Jersey State Division of Health and Senior Services, will be the keynote speaker at the New Brunswick theater’s Spotlight on Health and Wellness, to be held Jan. 11, beginning at 9:30 AM.
