Postnatal Yoga and Exercise Class

Our certified postnatal yoga instructor will help you explore breathing techniques, postures, and meditations that will create and support a peaceful and relaxing postpartum period. 

 Four- week sessions offered on Friday evenings, from 6:00pm – 7:15pm.  Classes are held in the CARES Conference Center, on the third floor.  Cost is $60.00 per four –week session.
