Railroad Earth
See New Jersey’s own, Railroad Earth in their State Theatre debut! Combining elements of bluegrass, rock, jazz, celtic, and more, the group will perform songs off their latest album, Railroad Earth, as well as fan favorites, including “Seven Story Mountain,” “Head,” “Railroad Earth,” “Goat,” and more. Known for their extensive live improvisation and lyrical songwriting within an acoustic base, Railroad Earth’s most recent self-titled album has been praised by critics and recognized as their finest work to date.

Railroad Earth includes band members Todd Sheaffer (guitar, vocals), Tim Carbone (violin, accordion, electric guitar, vocals), John Skehan (mandolin, bouzouki, vocals), Andy Goessling (acoustic guitars, banjo, dobro, mandolin, flute, pennywhistle, saxophones, vocals), Carey Harmon (drums, hand percussion, vocals), and Andrew Altman (bass, vocals).
