New Brunswick Students Create Art for Victims of Paris Attacks
8th graders at New Brunswick Middle School created this interpretation of the Eiffel Tower.
New Brunswick, NJ - In support of Paris after the terrorist attacks in November 2015, eighth graders at New Brunswick Middle School completed this art installation this month.
The student-created piece is an interpretation of the Eiffel Tower adorned with artwork inspired by French culture.
“The students understand the value of art in making a statement and processing emotions,” says Lee Neamand, supervisor of Fine, Visual and Performing Arts at New Brunswick Middle School. “We’re proud that they took the initiative to create this wonderful piece.”
