NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ — Rutgers students said they were robbed Friday afternoon inside the dorms on the Livingston campus in a pre-arranged meet-up with the suspects.
However, the two teen suspects who allegedly robbed them were arrested that same day, say Rutgers campus police.
