VIDEO: Student Violently Attacked at New Brunswick High School

The student's parents are planning a protest Tuesday because they say the school did not take the incident seriously enough.

New Brunswick, NJ - A freshman student at New Brunswick High School was violently attacked inside the school Thursday, reports New Brunswick Today. New Brunswick Today obtained a video of the assault, which can be viewed below. Warning: The video is very violent, and there is graphic language.

The student said he was jumped from behind, kicked in the head, punched in the face and suffered a fractured nose, a sprained shoulder, and also lost a tooth, according to the report.

The student's parents said the New Brunswick school district didn't take the matter seriously, and a protest to address bullying in New Brunswick public schools is planned for Tuesday, March 15 at 4:30 p.m. outside the Board of Education's headquarters, 268 Baldwin Street. The parents want the attacker suspended — the school said he will likely be suspended for seven to days. The parents also say no ambulance was called for their son.
