To all those who don't consider the UW property worth saving: Take a look at this majestic buck standing astride the berm on the UW property. This land is FAR from being a swamp or a post-industrial sludge pit. It is FILLED with wildlife. Where will they go if a ShopRite is built there?? ShopRite needs to rebuild right where they are and this land needs to remain GREEN. Recreational fields and parkland are the only appropriate developments for this site.
