Be the Belle of the Ball at The Hermitage's Annual Rose Ball Gala

An evening of fine dining and dancing to benefit the Hermitage

Champagne with strawberries, mini brioche stuffed with goat cheese, roasted chicken breast and apple torte. Are your taste buds watering? These are just a few items off the elaborately crafted menu for the Hermitage’s annual Rose Ball Gala on June 10.

Held at the Woodcliff Lake Hilton, the fundraiser will also include a cocktail party, auction item viewing, and of course dancing.

“It’s fantastic,” said Catherine Cooke, co-chair of the event. “We have so many people returning. It’s the big thing they look forward to each year.”

The Gala is the main fundraiser for the Hermitage, a National Historic Landmark that was once George Washington's headquarters during the Revolutionary War. “So we have to do good,” said Cooke.

The Hermitage will be auctioning off a trip to Puerto Rico, original artwork, and gift certificates to local merchants. It will also celebrate this year’s honorees: a collection of people who have contributed their time and energy towards the betterment of the Hermitage.
