We will remember and celebrate the lives of the nearly 3,000 victims in a Remembrance Ceremony to be held on Thursday, September 8, 2011 at 12:00pm The ceremony will take place on the 5th floor of One Bergen County Plaza in the Freeholder Public Meeting Room. Thomas Franklin, a staff photographer for The Record who photographed the iconicRaising the Flag at Ground Zero image, will speak at the event.
