The <a href="http://www.newmilfordnjpd.org/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">New Milford Police Department</a> is looking for anyone who may have witnessed a possible accident on the corner of Webster Drive and Concord Street on Tuesday. The accident most likely took place early Tuesday morning as the snow changed into an icy, wintry mix. The tire tracks were still visible in the slushy snow around noon on Tuesday, leading from the street directly over the curb to the damaged sign. The pole was knocked almost completely to the ground and both signs with the street names on them were bent.  Someone driving through the area noticed the damage Tuesday morning and gave Patch the news tip. Police had no record of this incident and an accident report was not filed. Anyone with information on this incident should contact the NMPD at 201-261-1400.
