Hundreds Of Gallons Of Milk Spills Out Onto Bergen Road
The side door of a delivery truck opened and the milk spilled out onto the Bergenfield road, police said.
BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — Hundreds of gallons of milk spilled onto a Bergen County road Wednesday morning after a delivery truck's door swung open.
The delivery truck was on South Front Street in Bergenfield bringing the milk to a local supermarket when the trailer's side door inadvertently opened and the 160 gallons of milk fell out, said Bergenfield Police Capt. Mustafa Rabboh.
The Bergenfield Fire Department and Department of Public Works closed and cleaned the roadway, Rabboh said.

A separate crew responded to the scene and cleaned up the truck before it proceeded to its destination, the captain said.
