New Chairman Elected at Hovnanian School

The Hovnanian School recently elected Dr. Greg Simonian as the new chairman of their board of trustees. 

Simonian is the third chairman in the school's history and originally joined the board in the summer of 2009. He worked with the Student Education Fund Committee, helping to raise almost $70,000 which was given as financial aid to students at Hovnanian School. 

"The members of the Board of Trustees, PTO, as well as the Administrative Staff look forward to working with Dr. Simonian, whose presence as a parent and board member has already had a positive impact on the school," said a statement released by the school. "With his leadership, the Hovnanian School will reach new heights of academic excellence."

Simonian is the chief of endovascular studies at Hackensack University Medical Center.

Simonian and his wife, Dr. Carla Simonian, live in Paramus with their two daughters who attend the Hovnanian School.
