NMHS Principal to Lead Webinar on Social Media
Eric Sheninger is one of two keynote speakers who will be leading the webinar run by Education Week

Education Week, a news site for educators, will host a free webinar on March 2 at 2 p.m. for educators to receive guidance on how best to use social media within school districts. NMHS Principal Eric Sheninger is one of two instructors for, "A District Road Map: Finding Your Path in Social Media," due to his extensive experience with social networking including Facebook and Twitter.
Participants will explore how social media tools can help school districts get their message out to the communities they serve and promote school and district successes. Nora Carr, chief of staff for the 71,000-student Guilford County Schools in Greensboro, N.C. will be running the webinar with Sheninger.

During this webinar SchoolMessenger will release findings from its comprehensive survey of parents and school leaders concerning attitudes about and adoption of social media for school district communications.
