Rep. Scott Garrett Faces Challenge from Fellow Republican
Bergen resident will run against Garrett, according to reports.

Bergen County resident Michael Cino has filed paperwork to run against fellow Republican Rep. Scott Garrett in the state's June primary,according to The Express-Times.
Congressional redistricting expanded Garrett's 5th District , including a large section of Teaneck.
"At some point, the Republican leadership have to say this guy's not effective," Cino said in the report.

Garrett has picked up , including County Executive Kathleen Donovan. Cino, co-founder of the Cino Oil Company, launched an unsuccessful bid against Garrett in 2006, NJ.com reported.
