St. Joseph School Earns Blue Ribbon

SJS is one of 14 New Jersey schools to be honored

St. Joseph School was one of only 304 schools across the country to be selected as a National Blue Ribbon School by the US Department of Education.

“This national distinction is well deserved, and is a tremendous accomplishment for the teachers, administrators, and students in these schools," said Governor Chris Christie. "These schools have demonstrated what is possible in education, and we applaud them on their accomplishment."

St. Joseph School is ranked as one of New Jersey's highest performing schools as measured by state assessments in reading (English language arts) and mathematics, according to school administration. The school was nominated for national recognition by The Council of American Private Education.
