Berkeley Heights council to vote on sewer access Tuesday night.
The Berkeley Heights town council will vote Tuesday, Dec. 20, on weather to allow the proposed Berkeley Aquatic Center -- to be built in Warren -- to access the Berkeley Heights sewer line.
