GL to Host New Providence in Thanksgiving Day Football
Seniors, cheerleaders and spring champions to be honored pre-game. Highlander band to perform at halftime.
Turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce and hgh school football make for a great combination on Thanksgiving Day.
Thursday morning, neighbors and friendly rivals gov. livingston and New Providence will take to the gridiron for a 10:30 a.m. kickoff at the GL turf field in Berkeley Heights.
Making the day even better, GL will honor last spring's champions.

The state champion Highlander baseball team, Pole vault star Anthony DeFranco and golf sensation Scotland Preston will be honored prior to the senior recognition of football players and cheerleaders to be held at 10:15 am.
And to top off the big day, the ACC champion Highlander band will perform at halftime.
